Just Ate

I need a fasting buddy.

Just ate a banana, lettuce, and flour.

I just see a constant pattern of eating, regret, fear of future eating, plans for fasting, then eating again. I need to stop this cycle somewhere. It's always the rush I feel that makes me fail fasting. You might have seen my #21DC fasting blog entries. I didn't succeed a single time. Or you might have seen my Fasting with buddy Tk entries. I only succeeded the first three days. As Einstein has said, craziness or insanity is doing the same thing over and over again when it doesn't work. I think it's time to find a fasting buddy to keep me accountable.
