Day 8 -I am so glad I didn't end my fast yesterday! It was first first day I had cravings but then today I woke up soooo glad I didn't break.

Day 8 symptoms - skin is clear and inflammation in my face / legs has went down (puffy edema etc)

cramping a bit but I'm on my period

tongue is white and so much detoxing

producing mucus and boogers although I'm not eating anything

really good energy but I get tired going up and down stairs



Note: I may only go 30-33 days instead of 40 because I have a trip to Florida March 22-29 and I want to be eating on vacay
