Motivation
Confidence and security. Motivation.

Psychologists say that this position indicates insecurity. I looked for reasons behind insecurity on google and uncovered a treasure trove of information. After reading about the mechanics of insecurity, I changed my sleeping position for the first time in I don't know how long. Now that I have confidence, it will be easier to fast. There is also a motivational video on YouTube that is eleven minutes long that is amazing. Every time I listen to it, I get motivated to do whatever it was that I wanted to do.
I never knew I was even insecure until the new feeling of confidence came. No need for reassurance from others anymore, no more constant need for attention, no more fear of saying no to others, no more regression and immaturity, no more cycle of giving up. I feel so new, so refreshed!
Also, the word "motivation" comes from a word that means "to move." You can't just wait for motivation to come to you, you have to activate motivation by creating movement, action, and momentum in the first place. Envision your end result just like how an Olympic athlete envisions the gold medal.
I usually do not post until night time everyday, and it is only like seven hours since my last post, but I really felt like sharing this this morning.
