I will start with an initial list of probable subject matter resources from which I intend to draw from and identify specific conditioning influences to elaborate further upon in the near future.
Darwin's survival of the fittest;
A Watch Tower publication illustrating the end of the world;
"Air-raid" drills;
Maslow's hierarchy of needs;
L. Ron Hubbard: Dianetics,
Scientology;
Bernard Jensen's "Survive This Day";
Viktoras Kulvinskas: "Survival Into The 21st Century";
The Human Design System - Root Center;
Gene Keys;
Certain songs of the 60s:
Hendrix.

My personal perspective needs to be included. Part of that perspective can begin to be identified with my Human Design, starting with a general description of my Root Center as this appears to be the primary center that includes survival as a main theme. "The three Root hexagrams (gates) that look to the Spleen, 58, 38 and 54 share the instinct for survival ..."[1]
