How to Respect Your Body Temple By Way of the Immune System

It houses the Soul...the Heart...the Kingdom of Heaven.
Our immune system is our biggest ally for health.
The best exercise to keep our immune system strong is rebounding....simple up and down inversion on a little circular trampoline that can be purchased at Walmart for only $25. Five minutes, three times a day...or just nine minutes every morning. Walking is good....weight-training is fine....all other exercises are great...but rebounding is the best, least invasive and easiest and most beneficial exercise of all. As to diet:
Your body temple has already been under great strain and attack from your previous health challenges...and although I know you entrusted various traditional medicinal methods to regain your health...I am no supporter of that path. Drugs poison the body and ultimately damage it...and many drugs damage and weaken the immune system, which is counter-productive to healing. The dude is amazing and healed himself of colon cancer without chemo and radiation...and he lists THOUSANDS of people who healed themselves through DIET and exercise only.]
With all that said, improper foods and drink poison the body.
That isn't to say that you can't have a cupcake every once and a while, but what you place in your body on a regular DAILY basis is what will predict its future.
So what I suggest is this:
Warm water every morning...just a cup...to clear the pathway and help with digestion....sip it like you would tea.
A shot of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (with the "Mother" ingredient)...purifies the blood.
Buy a juicer, and juice carrots, cucumber, beet, celery, and a little ginger root...at least three times a week....but ideally...every morning.
Eliminate dairy, red meat, chicken...and fish.
There's enough protein found in nuts and greens to go around.
The strongest animal in the Amazon? The silver-back gorilla...and he/she eats nothing but LETTUCE!
Eat sauerkraut, coleslaw, and Greek plain yogurt.
Have as much raw organic fruits and veggies as you want...and stay away from deserts on any regular basis.
No one loved hamburgers more than I did. I used to have THREE A DAY...along with fries and a coke....until I realized I was poisoning my blood and my body...
One of the reasons why juicing is so beneficial...is because when you juice first thing in the morning...before breakfast...you rebuild your body on a CELLULAR level. Juicing on an empty stomach...by-passes the digestion process...and again...rebuilds your body on a cellular level.
And we're talking raw organic juice...juiced from a juicer...NOT store-bought juice which is littered with sugars, chemicals and preservatives.
And no more coffee and tea.....both have these liquids are poison to the blood and the body, as coffee in and of itself has over 500 chemicals in it that are UN-defined. Caffeinated or decaffeinated, coffee and tea dehydrate the body and suck the calcium from the body's bones....and when you have coffee on an empty stomach...it does the exact OPPOSITE of what raw organic juice does: it DESTROYS the body on a cellular level.
Into this mix, talk to you body with love and grace...and be grateful for itself....and forgive everyone who has every hurt you...
