It's Impossible for Food to Poison You, If You Bless It
Bless your food - and be thankful!

But let me also say that on certain occasions, as when you are cordially invited to a dinner party hosted by family, friends or business; or when you come across your favorite restaurant (that doesn't always serve the healthiest of dishes), it is completely okay to ingest what may not be considered the healthiest choices for a few reasons:
1] Because when any kind of ingestible food is served with delight and love, it is impossible for it to poison you
2] You should always graciously accept any invitation, and if there is a meal involved, you should not insult your host (corporate or otherwise) by declining to eat, or complaining about the menu (which may or may not suit your needs).
3] The emotional need to visit a favorite restaurant always outweighs the physical detriment; meaning, it's okay every once and a while to treat yourself to "comfort" food...be it your favorite restaurant or your favorite food...all of which can - with moderation - bring a measure of joy to your body temple...and your heart and soul...which is always a good thing.
4] Whenever you enjoy a meal, you should give thanks for it - and bless it in the name of Heaven.
In doing all of these things, it is IMPOSSIBLE for any kind of food to poison your body temple.
Again...this does not mean you can go out and eat five hamburgers a day, or start "pigging-out" on anything or everything that appeals to you.
But what this DOES mean is that as long as you have respect for all...your family, your friends, whatever Good Superior Being you believe is running the Universe, then every meal you ingest and/or share...becomes a meal of Grace.
So, yes - say "Grace," with each morsel you enjoy...and enjoy each morsel with Love, Joy, Delight, and Respect for the meal itself - and everyone involved with bringing it to you, personally, professionally and even corporately.
All things in moderation, my friends. All things...except...Love and gratitude.
You can never enjoy, embrace, or share enough Love and gratitude...in anything you do...with any meal...and in any company you keep, spiritual or otherwise.
Just enjoy your life and everything about it - for the highest good for all concerned...and be mindful of what you eat, how much you eat, why you eat...and when in doubt...bless your food and anyone who is responsible for having you attain it...especially on a day when you might be particularly hungry.
Because as my wonderful father used to say, "Anything tastes good when you're hungry."
In like manner, let me add to that, by saying, "Any food is healthy when you bless it, and when its ingested for all the right reasons."
Point being, when you have the WISDOM to know the difference...and when you are aware of what to do...and what to eat and what not to eat...then you should follow through on your wisdom.
But when you are not in control of a situation...as when you are out with friends...or invited to a party...then you should also use your wisdom with discretion.
Ultimately, when you're unable to be in control of the food you in-take...the way to be in control is to bless it and everyone involved with you eating it.
Bon Appetit!
