SO I decided last week to start a water fast and started cutting down on my food portions. And completely eliminated junk food. On sunday I ate lot of veggies and fruits - veggie soup and fruit juice. And started reducing the food intake. I saw that fasting is much easier process when we cut down on meat and dairy for the most part. a cup of milk may be okay but it’s better to completely eliminate it as we get close to the fast date. So we have all heard many things about water fast, positive and negative as everyone shares a different opinion on it. I want to assert that whatever posts that follow below are my experience and only my personal opinions. I have done water fasting few times before ranging from one day fasts to a week or 10 day fast.
