I’m listening to Ornate Coleman’s 1959 album “The Shape of Jazz to Come” while
writing this- in case you wanted to know.
For my patients with herpes and other immune system challenges, breakfast seems to be the hardest meal to get right. Either because of the lack of time, or bad habits going back to childhood.
Please stay away from cereals and grains during breakfast including oatmeal and toast.
Eggs aren’t a bad idea, but definitely skip the bacon.
A smoothie by far is the best way to start off the day, but please do avoid those mass-produced factory-made Franken-protein powders and greens powders. Most of them are too high in arginine and are problematic for many other reasons.
Stay fresh and stay natural and you’ll never go wrong.
