More tingling sensations: what to do today?

60 days before the national heirloom expo
It is 3:54 AM on July 9. I've been up at least 40 minutes. I woke up with increased tingling sensations in my left foot. Up to now it's been the right foot. These are new to me. My head is filled with remembering past times in my life when I've been crippled. I once was abandoned in the desert of Utah. I could not walk or spread my legs apart more than a quarter inch. It was winter and I was at Hot Springs. I was left there in the trailer by a healer who thought the Hot Springs would heal me. My driver left me there to pursue a career with John Denver. I've never heard of him again.
Someone took me home. They wanted to find out how I remained positive in spite of such circumstances.
It's 3:59 am and I'm hearing fire engines. About 15 minutes ago the fire alarm in my hallway outside my door went off twice strangely. That made no sense.
I'm having deep thoughts and looking at options about how I'll get to the national heirloom expo.
I don't feel it's safe for me to drive alone this year. Warren last night said he would make himself available to drive me.
My plan A is to leave August as well as September free.
I thought I would be stopping at various Whole Foods Markets between San Diego and Santa Rosa.
How very strange. Sitting in a wheelchair if I could not walk doesn't really seem an option. The longer I sit these days the more I feel tingling down into my feet.
I really have no idea what the exact cause of the loud and increasingly persistent message is coming from the feet up.
My MO has always been periods of perseferating (fearful thoughts) that get processed into inspirations.
Writing his always saved my life.
Writing alone is not going to get me out of this one.
What happened to all the farmers market produce we brought home last night?
Where did it get stored? I don't see it in the box that I asked where it be placed. I can let that one go till morning.
Somebody told me that Co Q 10 helps circulation.
I was with my new housemate and we stopped at whole foods Hillcrest. I could not figure out what dosage or brand to buy and did not get any Clear intuitive feeling other than a thought that said save my money.
I texted JJames O'Sullivan Darcy He is a medical intuitive and friend it's gotten me out of some predicaments.
I will not except not being at the national heirloom expo.
It's now 4:17 AM. I'm going to see if I can sleep some more.

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling heavy feelings, I want to see you and talk in person. I am guilty for being withdrawn, I have had a little identity crisis as I stepped away from all my heavy Job title's, feels good/terrifyingly exciting! What's your schedule like today

I haven't had time to schedule plans. I am very sad and broken into with the loss of a partner with me for three years.

I am going to do find the energy to make the bed and put rents in bank.
Why have I come this far with travel idea if not to find a way to do it?
