Another Breakthrough!
YIKES! I HAVE BEEN HAVING DIFFICULTY FINDING THE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS I HAVE USED
This one I was looking for! I want to remember this! It is an effect under outer Glows. I also learned that I can reach the Effects as well as Content in the View Menu. I blogged on this. http://www.curezone.org/blogs/fm.asp?i=2262814

I am not doing what I said, so far.
I said I would go out to the garden and make some biodynamic compost powder.
I am fooling around with Adobe Photoshop Elements and having difficulty.
I need help.
I can't find the way to manage how to have backgrounds behind the letters. It is somewhat O.K. the way I did the final solution.
I am frustrated.
