Hey everyone! On day 7 and feeling good! I get a tiny bit dizzy upon standing but other than that I have been very active these past few days. I have been doing a coffee enema every couple of days. I have also been going in the sauna every day. I'm feeling so light and so happy. Last night I got a little bit down because I felt like I was missing out on so much but I just reminded myself that the food will always be there and that my body really needs this time to heal itself. I find myself worrying a bit about breaking the fast. The last few times I have fasted, I seem to gain the weight back rather quickly even though I eat quite healthy. I think I will be strictly limiting my calories after the fast is over for at least a month. My CPA exam happens to fall on the 13 day of the fast so I am thinking I might need to break my fast on day 11 and juice from days 11-14 just because I need to have enough energy for that 4 hour exam. If I could fast forever, I would. Life is so much more simple when you are not constantly thinking about what you are going to eat next. Everyone says that you lose the most weight in the beginning and it tapers off but I find the opposite is true for me. I find that I finally start noticing the weight loss on day 6/7.
