It's back with a vengeance

What the hell. I've been doing well with this thing that plagues me. I'm perimenopausal, and really haven't been keeping track of my menstrual cycles. So, this month I got a double-whammy. Yesterday, the heavy bleeding commenced. Day 1 LMP. So did the return of the worms in my mouth. Overnight. I'm shedding them from my vagina as well. Apparently they are cozy in endometrial linings. Disgusting. Never having had an STD in my life, I consider the concept of anything down there that's not supposed to be, absolutely revolting. "So," you perhaps wonder, "how do you know it's from there?" Definitively, I don't. Suppose it could be from my vulva or anal area. Probably have them there too. They are 1-10mm long, and white-to-translucent, unless engorged with blood. I found this creature dead, having burrowed along the surface of my white bar of soap leaving a brick/brown-colored trail this morning, Day 2 of LMP. Got stuck there yesterday I'm theorizing. The thing is, I have no one to whom to submit the sample. Labs won't take it. Doctors won't look at it. Here we go again. I can't let this consume my life like it has before. Debilitated me, who besides having underlying Major Depression and tendencies toward OCD, also has significant cellular & molecular biomedical research experience, which, rather than helping me, seems to be hurting me even more. And so, the saga resumes. Perhaps sharing my story - the ranting of a doctor-patient that no doctor will listen to - will help someone, somewhere, somehow.
