Why are the direction of the wind and ocean current opposite between Northern and Southern Hemisphere?

I was able to sleep well and woke up at dawn.
The channeling started.

It is the Ruler's Stars that decided African continent is for animals.

Since then atoms held hands firmly between atoms that were next to each other.

Then they emitted the voice "Oh" and cried to the atoms which wanted to be humans to hold hands firmly.
Atoms which turned into humans exited from the round circle formed by Stone humans and went out of it in order to make atoms hold hands more tightly by being seen off between Stone humans who were lining on both sides.
