Had a marvelous Iridology Reading with Dr. Ellen Tart-Jensen yesterday. She zeroed in on the comprehensive interrelated issues I'm dealing stress being one of my number one factors affecting my health concerns right now. She gave me a comprehensive program to follow. I left very inspired and thought since I was in the area I would visit a nearby farm that was calling out to me. Hit traffic on the way home. I was tired and hungry. Decided to go to OB Peoples food Coop to pick up some tea remedies Ellen recommended. I was hungry and picked out something to eat that was off my diet. That was the wrong thing to do.
Then I came home and in route home touched in on a pocket of stress. There was more stress at home and I was hungry. I again ate something in my excitement about the day. I was really beyond the limits of what I could handle at that point. I ate a little piece of bread, something I would not normally do. That was not on my program.
I also forgot to tell Ellen one of my symptoms that I was feeling. I forgot to ask her about a pain in my left gut. I can clearly see now that what I ate is causing me increased bowel inflammation.
I've been having increased pain that's clearly due to inflammation.
There were so many symptoms to talk about, including the kidney stones, diarrhea, parasites and Candida. I left out this pain I was feeling in the gut. I am now at a loss of what to eat and what to do to calm the number one concern in this moment, this inflammation.
I'm scheduled for the kidney stone intervention on Wednesday. I also have a an appointment at 11 with my primary care physician who noticed blood in my stool test.
I don't feel like I'm a good candidate for the kidney stone shockwave treatment on Wednesday.
The Pre-Op People also did not call me to set up an appointment. That too is making me nervous.
I need more time to calm the bowel.
I'm really not sure what to eat at this point.
I was overstimulated by so much new information that it would take time to integrate into my life that Ellen told me.
I really got what I was asking for, a whole picture. That was excellent. However there are so many things going on at once that it's difficult to know what to do next.
I was really overstimulated when I needed calmness and rest.
I did too much yesterday.
The underlying cause of my health concerns stress resulted in some poor choices yesterday. Now I have this increased pain!
I'm also having stress from having not kept in touch with one of my primary caregivers. He had a great desire to help me. This program perscribed a few supplements, somethings that really worked, but there wasn't enough holistic viewing I thought.
Ouch! The beauty I had with him was that he was available often
I'm not sure how to calm the inflammation that I am clearly feeling now.
I may need slippery, or something soothing. Adding all the remedies that Alan was suggesting now would be too much.

WENT TO CHIGONG
Went to ChiGong, then the Park to take some pay a visit I promised to the Adopt-A-Plot Botany for Kids Garden. Serena has been a tremendous support on my Facebook, often checking in.
STARTED TO GET TINGLES
Started to get tingles in my ankles.
Stopped to get the slippery elm at the old Herb Shop on El Cajon Blvd.
No Time to integrate the new things….
SLOWED THINGS DOWN THROUGH PAYING A FEW IMPORTANT BILLS
Mailed two bills out. Chaos in organization with receipts.
Made an important deposit.
Still tingles.
Attempting to clear a few things on my desk.
Still tinkles.
No time yet to process all that Ellen gave me.
Inflammation is a bit better.
Attempting to clear some things in a pile… Really need down time to organize some things.
Would be good to clear some desk space.
Some laundry being done. Thank you, Nadine.
