Psycho Somatic Reflections
7:48 AM February 4, 2015
I'm writing this now dictating on my iPhone in bed. Beware that this first draft may have erroneous words from auto insert.
-----
I have a history with the word psycho somatic that May go back as far as 1965, maybe earlier. I remember being poked and observed by a group of conventional medical doctors in the western model. I was wearing nothing but underwear. The floor was cold. I was at the Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, the city where I was born.
The doctors behaved as if I was hardly in the room. He kept asking me to go down to the floor and then get up. They were observing the way I did this physical move. I was the patient, and I can't say I really felt that human through that experience. I was more a science experiment, similar to the way most of us in the US today are science experiments with our food supply, but that's a different story.
Truly a lot of evolution has happened since that day in the hospital. Drs. more and more are learned to their humanity and bring you manatee into the hospital as well as their private office settings.
Taking point my recent experience at the 12th annual Scripps natural supplement conference. This event is basically a continuation of what I experienced in the mid-70s, when I had the opportunity to play a role in the creation of the modern day holistic health movement.
Those mid 70s or the days when cutting-edge doctors such as Paul Brenner, Elizabeth Kubler Ross, Norman Shealy, and my friend Joseph Chilton Pearce and a hundred more would come together for what was called the Mondala conference. These yearly events at one time on for at least seven years were like summer camp for adults, a time when Drs. nurses and therapists and future enchanted gardeners like myself would converge at the Town & Country convention center. By the 1970s and early 80s, The word psychosomatic was no longer considered a state of disease, it was a reflection that spirit, mind, and body or inter dependent and into related to such an extent that a medical system was born that excepted that the body out pictured with the mind had determined.
(aside: I want to reach out to david harris founder of the money Dolla conference and record his reflections, as well as Paul Brenner. They still have their spirit connected to their mind and body as far as I know... )

AVERTING AN ER VISIT FOR KIDNEY STONE STRESS
9:25 AM February 4, 2015
I am without question aware that my stress affects my lower back and kidney stone area. this is clearly a psycho somatic relationship between my mind, my stress, and my body.
On January 21, 2015 I was scheduled for an invasive kidney stone procedure. I did not feel comfortable with a tube going into my back to pull out a 21 mm sized cluster of kidney stones..
I have difficulty lying on my side. I also have Anglyosin spondylitis through much of my spine. My spine and muscles in my back are not normal. To approach my kidney stones this way, at least at this time.
I will regardless of my hesitancy to a lithotripsy in about seven days, February 11. Procedure and shockwave therapy will blast the stones into grains, and then I will count on my body this time around to release them rather than reconfigure them into a bigger stone. At the same time I am changing my lifestyle diet and exercise, I saw the sign yesterday that said under new management. That signed rings true for me now.
... Time to go drink gravel route I'll be right back...
