There is a Law of Nature and Spirit, that often the remedy for the problem is right next to the problem itself. This was a teaching of Dr. Bernard Jensen. He taught me what he knew about nature.
I came upon some remedies at the Scripps Natural Supplement Conference that are turning my head around, the more I get into studying and using them.
The two products are Biocidin and Proflora from Bio-Botanicals.
Some of the product information is online here:

From the website:
Overuse of antibiotics, poor water quality and diet, hormone replacement therapy and stress may contribute to a host of health problems. Loss of the beneficial intestinal bacteria essential for proper assimilation of nutrients thus affects the overall health of the entire body. The resulting debilitated condition opens the door for the overgrowth of harmful micro-organisms such as candida albicans and the development of intestinal dysbiosis.
Proflora® is highly recommended during and after the use of anti-pathogenic supplements or antibiotics, and as a part of a regular health maintenance regime. It is a mild tasting liquid perfect for the whole family, and unlike many probiotic combinations, does not require refrigeration.

Re: candida. Yeasts are much slower to take up sugar than bacteria. Wait an hour or so after each dose of antibiotics and then replenish your biome with fresh infusions of live probiotics. Also, take lots of probiotics with any food you eat. The friendly bacteria will grab all the sugar you don't absorb and turn it into lactic acid, which the yeast can't use but you can. To make your own rejuvelac, blend wheat, rye, or oats in filtered water and let stand overnight. When it turns sour, it is ready. If you have acidophilus culture, that's great too. Just keep killing off the bad bacteria with antibiotics and replacing it with good bacteria. Even if you kill of a lot of good bacteria in the process, there is plenty floating in the air. Real pickles and real sourkraut will also do the trick.
