My Theory on the Cause of all Diseases

cause of all disease

This of course is just a theory. Maybe it's nonesense, but maybe it isn't. There are a few things I don't understand. When we deal with transplants in medicine. We are so careful to neutralize the biological fingerprint of any transplanted organ because the receiving body will reject it. That is why some parts have to be made from certain metals to avoid transplant rejection. That is a given. However, when we eat, we eat at our hearts' content all types of animals (and plants) that are unarguably biologically different than we are. Specially if meats have not been cooked enough to render their biological makeup inert by virtue of the heat destroying all its previously living components. Why is it okay to eat other animals, but it's not okay to get them transplanted? Humans are of course the closest in terms of compatibility, but that is not what humans eat. The same for plants. Raw plants have so many active components and their dna is different than that of humans, that one would think raw plants wouldn't be good for us. Specially under-cooked meats and plants as they would cause a rejection of some sort within our bodies. What if it was raw and semi-raw foods that are causing our bodies to reject them and hence produce antibodies which cause constant inflammation. Maybe we should only eave very well cooked foods? These thoughts came to mind watching for about the last ten years a severely anorexic woman jog huge distances every day. She had to have elastic bandages over her knees to protect them. She was so thin that it was hard to believe she could stand, let alone jog so many miles. I am of normal weight and fit, yet no way could I jog like she did. I've seen her do this for at least a decade or longer practically every day as I would drive by and see her still jogging without stop. How can someone that obviously east so little, have so much energy. Another concern is the diet of certain animals like elephants, bulls, horses, just as an example. How can these magnificent, huge, strong and beautiful animals get the nutrients they need by eating dry, dead hay or grass? How can they grow so tall, and have such luxurious manes, or hides? I know those with a good scientific minds, or backgrounds may jump on these thought and bury them with a myriad of what may seem to be logical explanations, and I will listen to that as well, however, I am not convinced that we are overlooking something very basic that is causing our diseases. I say it's the food, and the culprit may be under-cooked food. Meaning the so-called raw-food diets are the cause of disease.
