5 weeks of intense weight loss through IF & Low carb, no sugar eating.

Tonight I had parmesan chicken nuggets and mashed cauliflower. And for dessert I had a chocolate mousse with whipped cream. Al homemade and no sugar.
I eat between 500-900 calories a day, under 10 carbs and 75% of the is fat.
I weigh in 192.2
