I Currently weigh 111 lbs. I'm 5'0 tall .The past month I've done a water fast for 6 days and lost 10 lbs. started at 120 lbs. After that I've been eating and fasting for two day breaking and starting the fast over again .I've never been able to make it past 2 days anymore. ID feel very pissed and angry at myself telling myself I Can do but then Id fall into self pity and temptation but this time I'm determined I want to complete the next 8 days successfully in hopes of losing at least 10-16 lbs. My goal weight is 95 lbs. well mostly I just want to have slimmer thighs and flatter tummy I have a mini pouch.Hopefully having this journal will keep me committed to what I'M doing. I feel like and people have told me I never start something and finish it. I also plan on Working out during the fast
Workout plan everyday
Abs-600 crunches,400 right Oblique crunches,400 left oblique crunches 400situps,500 reverse crunches,300 bicycle crunches 400 leg raises 400 get ups with 12 pond book and 3 minute plank.
Legs-400 right leg lift 400 left leg lift,300 semi circles each leg,400 donkey kicks each leg,400 each leg up and down 400 scissors ,1-2 minute wall sit and run 9 -10 miles (pedometer)about 2500 steps= 1 mile .
Butt-1000 squats challenge Blogilates maybe 3xs a day if not possible I'll do 1 round 45 minutes
I will be dividing my workouts not all at once
In addition I will be performing 3 water enemas
and taking a senna laxative tea twice a day everyday and drinking 5 cups 8ounces of warm/hot water and 3 cups of cold water
My fast starts Wednesday August 26 and ends Wednesday September 3 at 9pm
PS tomorrow I will be drinking a magnesium citrate citroma laxative to clear out my system. If I see I'M getting underweight or too skinny I'll stop.I'm not trying to be anorexic I love my body shape I have my small waist and all but I feel like my thighs are too big but 8 days is not harsh
