Why am I so tired all the time?
Dr. Ellen Tart Jensen gives me some clues from looking at pictures of my iris.
My parathyroid and thyroid glands control calcium. Adrenals need to be strengthened. I have nerve rings through my kidney areas, and involvement with my back.

flax seed tea---and corn silk together…
quart a day….
marshmallow root capsules. 2 three times a day.
powder…two to three times a day teaspoon.
break open into the teas...
corn silk tea…
right kidney area….
thyroid and parathyroid to hold calcium in the bone…
make sure body alkalizes…
with celery juice…
cucumber….stick some celery…need celery to hold calcium in the bone...
using seaweeds…
dulse….flakes…
teaspoon two to three times a day.
cherries… break down calculus…
No more than two fruits of day.
2/3 cup of cherries…
an apple a day…

raw apple cider vinegar…
in water…
put one tablespoon in six to eight ouches of water, sip with meals three times a day.
Be careful with the sweets…
make sure I am having salad with it…
balance with living greens….
4 oz at a time….
three times a week…
plenty of bitter greens to keep bile in liver
flowing…
beets…for liver and gall bladder….
stress in back ---
stress in the back…
not all from the spine…and nerves that go to the kidneys….flower of energy to kidneys…
believe raw apple cider vinegar…
and thyroids…
slippery teas…
will hold calcium in the bone.
Stress…kidneys…
nerve rings through the kidneys…
stress burn up the sodium…
Schuller cell salts…well rounded one….

not keeping a balance…be conscious of everything balanced with greens….
Adrenals need AminoAcid…
Licorice root…is good for the adrenals…
Chinese Cordiceps…
stress..breathe and release…
blocks energy…
embrace the stress and let it flow.
Stay in peace in the moment…

steams chard with it…

few regular potatoes…
rice, quinoa, millet…
steamed greens…
Kale and cabbage…
Go into a space of peace…in meditative state...
radiate the peace out…
Reach for a better feeling thought….
practice breathing…prevents acids…
no matter what breathe slow and easy,
I am calm, confident, and strong….
only my God's presence is acting in this situation.
I let go and turn this over to the highest Good.
