Eating on raw fruits and vegetables and juicing.
Date: 6/6/2014 5:39:58 AM ( 10 y ) ... viewed 780 times Will be Juice fasting most days I can unless I am away or out with friends then I will eat just raw fruits or vegetables. Might Do some water fasting, to really clean things up, once I lose the majority of weight this way.
My starting weight: 245-250ish
Goal weight: around 125 and fit
Will be incorporating some exercise too.
