I haven't drunk or ate anything at all today. I guess you could say today is a dry fast. I feel a little hungry, but I know it's all in my head. I had a lot of energy, and have been running around all day, but I feel like I'm about to crash now. My advice? Don't over due it on your first day. Don't try and exercise a lot and only drink when you are thirsty.
Starting Weight - 160 pounds
Current Weight - 150.6 pounds
A drop of 10 pounds in one day. I think that's what I get for not drinking anything at all. I'm sure I'll gain some back when I start drinking, just a theory though. Happy fasting!
