Water Fasting for Weight Loss
I haven’t drunk or ate anything at all today. I guess you could say today is a dry fast. I feel a little hungry, but I know it’s all in my head. I had a lot of energy, and have been running around all day, but I feel like I’m about to crash now. My advice? Don’t over due it on your first day. Don’t try and exercise a lot and only drink when you are thirsty.
Starting Weight - 160 pounds
Current Weight - 150.6 pounds

Water fasting for weight loss.
Starting my fast in approximately 2 hours. I’ve tried numerous times to stick with this thing, but I always fail out of boredom. I’m hoping that this blog will help keep me accountable for my actions, thus keeping me away from binging like always. I am well aware that it won’t be easy. But I’m hoping that this time will be different from other times. If anyone would like to join me, please, feel free. Someone motivating me will also help out tremendously.
Height - 5’2
Starting Weight - 160 pounds
Goal Weight - 115 pounds
