"Interstate Milk Freedom"
"Congress Moves To End Raw Milk Prohibition Nationwide"

I am all for all of the “milk freedom” that people want! I have no doubts whatsoever about the Rights of the people to have realize this freedom. However, I do not know about the members of Congress.
(September 16, 2015): I think an extensive and substantial apology from Congress is in order for all the personal injuries, property damages, various Rights violations, pains, legal penalties, etc, that enforcement agencies have committed under color of law against private Americans across the u. s. of A.!
"Under the new legislation, farmers who produce raw milk and sell it to eager customers looking for a more nutritious alternative to commercial swill would no longer have to worry about being fined, for instance, or raided at gunpoint by government goons with control issues."
"Interstate Milk Freedom" - imagine that.
We actually had the freedom all along! The Organic Laws say so! That's why Americans deserve "an extensive and substantial apology from Congress"![1]
Although we had the freedom the people did not fully exercise that (as the true sovereigns that we are). The people did not know how severely limited the jurisdiction of Congress was (due to being "dumbed down" by the public education system). I don't blame the people. Government "education" deliberately withheld the truth of the Four Organic Laws. I have blogged about the Organic Laws at "Son of Truth of Self".
You may recall the first Organic Law with these words: "We hold these Truths to be self-evident, ... Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness - That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted ..." Maybe these Congressmen are realizing that people really do have Rights to their "Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness". Wouldn't that be something if they really did realize this! Do you think they might also be realizing that they have no lawful business interfering with these Rights? Doesn't this first Organic Law say that the lawful business of government is "to secure these Rights"!
I don't want to make any assumptions about what the members of Congress realize about our Rights! Especially in light of "the long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, (that) evinces a Design to reduce (Mankind) under absolute Despotism ..."!
Whether or not Congress agrees on "Interstate Milk Freedom" it's most important that the people learn and fully realize just how severely limited the jurisdiction of Congress is!
After over twenty five years of avocational research I can finally say we need to know the Four Organic Laws to be able to clearly see just what the jurisdictional limits are. Otherwise the Acts of Congress and what government says sound like it is all-inclusive for every single American living throughout all fifty union States. That idea simply is not true and the light of the Four Organic Laws reveals this![2]

The Main Opponent of Raw Milk Is the Dairy Industry
While Congress has never outright banned raw milk, it's the only food banned from interstate commerce. This makes it challenging for small farmers to share their raw milk products with people living across state lines. As a result, private agreements called herdshares are often formed between farmers and individuals, which entitle you to the benefits of owning a "share" of a cow, such as a certain amount of milk each week.
Despite these legal agreements, federal agents have repeatedly conducted aggressive armed raids against peaceful raw-milk farmers. The question as to why that is can be easily answered when you consider that major milk manufacturers are a primary lobby within the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the US food system revolves around money.
What we have is not a "free market" but a massive collusion between government and big business, which are facilitated through lobbying.
Regulators often take their power and influence and join private lobbying firms in return for big paychecks, going from regulating an industry to working FOR that industry, and then back again, like a perpetually revolving door. Laws are adopted behind a public interest veneer — such as protecting your health by restricting raw milk sales — but underneath they are products of negotiation between industry leaders and government officials to eliminate the competition and enhance their economic status.[3]
