I am playing some music. This is an old friend. I have not heard this music for a while. The CD's Tracks I like are playing on the iMac.
I had this realization that I had to start to go through some things in my room. Each thing is attached to an idea and some action. It is best that I get moving.
I wrote an email this morning to a housemate. He wanted to give me a Roadmap out of the logjam. Here is my response. I did not send this via email. I hope to meet with him.

I came home from Passover Village about three weeks ago with a clear vision and understanding.
My understanding was that I could no longer endure living here the way things are now.
I gave more than 2 to 3 months listening and taking steps ton resolve very stressful conditions here with room switches and hearing about our problems.
I came home with some healing and seeing that eight people could.not live together without beginning to sit together and hear one another on a regular basis.
I suggested that passing a talking stuck in meeting was one way to begin developing the ability to hear one another.
The problems and solutions here are the learning opportunity that can begin the process of some kind of sustainability.
In my mind the rental now hinges on the problems and solutions starting to be heard, as well as my mental state of mind .
I just woke up seeing that I am missing on a regular basis opportunities to interact with sdsu students. I am spent. I have no enthusiasm to even print rental flyers.
The last experience I had with shock over a potential housemate
Backing out of moving in after committing clearly was felt in my kidneys. I am wary to continue what i experience here now.
A roadmap would be good. a group agreement on a Roadmap including some renewed shared understandings and hearing each other would I hope be part of such a roadmap.

HOW DID I GET IN SUCH A STATE OF MIND?
How did I get in such a state of mind?
It had something to do with all my attention being diverted to paying attention to the house. I also came home from my first conference of the year with bronchial congestion that became clear was attached to emotions.
It has been two months or more now since I have not felt strong.
This week I have spend a lot of energy, attempting to adjust to being on a new Medicare support program that gives me more benefits; however this has been very stressful. I had to cancel an appointment I needed this morning with my kidney doctor who did a procedure on me last July.
RENEW THE AD FOR CRAIGSLIST
I am going to renew the ad for Craigslist. There has been not one call this week. There has been more shocks around the house. An additional housemate is in financial difficult and her source of funds to pay the rent is questionable. It will likely work out but I am behind this month.
I can feel that in my kidneys.
