JOB # 1 TO GETTING WELL....CREATE AND MAINTAIN PROPER BLOOD pH.
Medical studies are confirming that body acidity(acidosis) is a condition that weakens all body systems and is implicated in almost all disease, and especially Morgellons. Excess acidity forces the body to borrow minerals including calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium from vital organs, bones and teeth to buffer (neutralize) the acid and safely remove it from the body. The body can suffer severe and prolonged corrosion due to high acidity as a condition that may have gone undetected for years.
Although these acidic wastes come from many sources, (mostly diets loaded with refined carbohydrates and sugar), they are significantly increased by the Morgellons pathogens. Subsequently, The bodies of most Morgellons afflicted individuals have become very acidic, and loaded with toxic wastes in the blood stream, cells and lymphatic system. This has lead to serious problems with the major organs such as the liver, heart and kidneys. If you are able to get your blood, skin, muscles, organs and glands alkaline, this will dramatically slow down and help reverse the co infections that are Morgellons. In my opinion, excess body acidity may be the first step in the Morgellons co infection. It could represent the beginning stages of dysfunctioning hormone systems, adrenal suppression, and a host of other Morgellons related phenomena.
Furthermore, I believe acidosis disrupts the insulin producing pancreatic beta cells. These beta cells are especially sensitive to pH and cannot survive if the body is too acidic. When this occurs, beta cells will lose phase with one another. Their cellular communication will be thwarted and the body’s immune system will start to over-respond. As stress within the cells increases, it becomes more difficult for them to perform adequately and survive. With Morgellons , it seems that this creates a cascade which further accelerates free-radical damage of cell walls and intracellular membrane structures.
Acidosis also disrupts lipid and fatty acid metabolism, which are involved in nerve and brain function. With Morgellons, I believe this disruption contributes to the neurological problems (brain fog) as well as problems with hormonal balance within the endocrine system. An acidic environment also causes LDL-cholesterol to be laid down at an accelerated rate in the heart, inappropriately lining and clogging up the vascular network. This may in turn initiate additional immune response, causing cholesterol oxidation and the formation of plaque with heavy metals. I believe this may represent a part of the deeper role that heavy metals play with Morgellons.
Acidosis also corrodes arteries, veins, and connective tissues. Connective tissue weakens and acid pH destabilizes free ionic balances thatinterfere with muscle contractility, possibly fueling the muscle cramping and bone pain that Morgellons patients commonly experience.
IN SUMMARY...
In a nutshell, an acidic pH alters energy metabolism and reserves. With Morgellons, a serious acidic imbalance decreases the body’s ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients, decreases energy production in the cells, decreases the body’s ability to repair damaged cells, and decreases the body’s ability to detoxify heavy metals. It disallows the use of stored energy reserves because it reduces oxygen in the blood and It slows the delivery of available oxygen into the cells. This drains us of energy thus contributing to the chronic fatigue of Morgellons.
First and foremost, get your blood pH alkaline!
