The AminoActiv helps me do more than I can naturally do. I spent more energy than I naturally had at the Natural Product Expo West. I was already exhausted when i went from the #expowest to the 30 day Shlosshlim in honor of my father. I got very excited, spoke, and then, my immune system was not strong to overcome my exposure to invasive elements.
Yesterday, was the first day i started to get some relief from the congestion in my lungs. I could not cough up anything before that.
I started to be able to caugh up stuff yesterday.
I spent the week working hard to receive funds from all i did at the NPEW to compensate for a loss of income due to a vacancy, and needed repairs on another structure before it could be rented.
Friday night I did an onion pact for the first time. That may be one of the factors helping me start to decongest.
Yesterday was the first day I had no fever or chills.
I went for acupuncture yesterday.
It was a good treatment The supervisor called my condition bronchitis.
I did not want to hear that.
Yesterday, was the first day I had attention to repost the house ad.
I also found the strength to todo and print the room rental flyer.
Yesterday was the first day I could speak without coughing.
I still have phlegm, holding back my ability to speak.
One good man responded to the ad, but do I have the strength to show the room.?
His name is Greg. He seemed an outstanding fit, but I may not have gotten back to him soon enough.
I need to give myself a break from the pressure.
I want to go to FM and get flowers and food.
I have to take care of myself.
