Today is Saturday, March 15, 2014. I have scheduled an appointment for 1:30 pm at PCOM to see if the congestion can be improved. I have been in isolation most of the week. I used the time to follow up with uploading photos from the Natural Product Expo West.

I came home from the Natural Product Expo West with chills and fever. That was Monday. This is Friday! I am still having deep congestion. If I were better, would be going to the Permaculture Voices today or tomorrow.
I am sure if Dr. Bernard Jensen was alive I would have found remedies for this.
He knew so many that I have forgotten.
I just perused "Nature Has a Remedy." and "You Can Master Disease."
I found something about onion packs for congestion. I looked in Patricia Bragg's "Apple Cider Vinegar" book. I have been drinking ACV, but just started to gargle with it.
I haven't been eating regularly.
I want to go into for another acupuncture treatment.
This is going on too long without improvement.
