Art: "The Power of 3"
REVISED: This art piece celebrates the energy of "3". Different numerology systems assign different meanings to the number 3.

I looked up the number 3 in numerology to see what it means. According to the website The Heart of Humanity, people carrying the energy of “3” can be the most selfless and loving people on the planet. The number 3 also stands for Truth, Goodness, Benevolence, and Authenticity. http://astronlogia.com/2009/11/20/numerology-number-3/
After I made this art piece, I started reading Kryon/Lee Carroll's book The Twelve Layers of DNA (An Esoteric Study of the Mastery Within). According to the authors, the number 3 in the Tibetan system of numerology is a catalyst number; a catalyst "is an energy that precipitates an event"; it is an energy of creativity, joy, and inner child energy and is powerful! http://www.amazon.com/The-Twelve-Layers-DNA-Esoteric/dp/1933465050
I used to make art for hours almost daily when I was a child; when I was an adult I set aside art in favor of more “practical” pursuits. I didn’t start making art again until about 12 years ago. When I make art, I feel as though I am tapping into my creative, joyful “inner child”. I liked what I read in the Kryon book so much that I revised the art piece wording:

Certainly all of the attributes of the number 3, no matter which numerology system you use, are worthy goals for us to strive for. It makes sense that Spirit, the most benevolent, loving, and creative energy in the Universe, wants us to recite our affirmations three times!
This Eco Art piece is made from recycled materials: the black board background is from the back of a recycled frame I used for another art project; the red circles are from packaging materials, the miniature playing card is from an old airline deck that is mysteriously missing all of the Jacks, Queens, and Kings (I think someone from my family used them long ago in a school project), the brown seed pods were found around my neighborhood and the white seeds are Job’s Tears that I grow in my back yard. The “sign” in the corner is printed on a piece of scrap paper. Also used: non toxic glues and non-VOC acrylic glaze “Eco Art by mayah” utilizes recycled materials and eco-friendlier art supplies Kahuna Kaleiiliahi is a Hawaiian spiritual intuitive and healer http://www.kaleiiliahi.com/ Lee Carroll channels Kryon, a benevolent energy http://www.kryon.com/About_Kryon/About_Kryon.html Related Blogs: Numerology and Art
