Energy switch. It is 7:19 sm.

Seeing through different organs?

Oh to be all of one piece.

Lovely flow and movement this early
Morning.

Good to have so much good energy,and then, ti awaken
Inti this world where heart heaviness.

It scares me to feel the chasm between where i was an hour ago and now.
Am i the only one who feels this way?

Called Lurrae earlier.

I meant no harm yesterday with what I said to ...
Caused a deep upset and hard day for me.

Spent a lot of time laying catatonic in my bed...attempting to not move at all.

I just got up.

I grabbed up one of my holiest books, and held it to my chest where the heart heaviness was.

It is feeling somewhat better now.

I started to put some of the papers in my notebook,
and I am saying, "Yes! Yes! Yes!"

THESE ARE DAYS WHEN I HAVE PLENTY OF TIME FREE TO ORGANIZE WHAT I WANT TO TEACH

AT THE WINERY

I am at the computer.

The house is quiet.

I can shower and go to the Hillcrest FM.
