i stepped on the scale and the numbers '89' flashed.. So I amd under the impression that I am losing weight. However, for some reason it seems to be taking long...yes, I know i could not have lost this much weight so soon...but I am naive and was hoping I could blink and have the weight gone.

To cure the dragon breath I eat 5 pieces of chewing gum a day and just drink water. So maybe the chewing gum is hindering my success. I havent felt sizzy yet. I have had delhi belly though...quite regularly. My cravings for hot chips with lots of vinegar and salt are intense but i remind myself that if ive gotten past the first day of fasting and came thus far...then there is no point in sabotaging my success.

My only concern is my cellulite and my flabby tummy. If i have loose skin, then it wont be appealing either...so om going to try and do some zumba...when i find the time.

But let me get ready for work...gotta pay the bills someway or another
