Another good day, despite feeling a bit dizzier. Weighed 132.4 this morning. Up to 134.0 right now at 4:40pm. Drinking lots of water and taking a multivitamin. Doing stretches. Working productively, and resting when I can. Seems I get tired around this time of day. I slept really well last night. No aches, no pains, still no hunger pangs. I feel really healthy. I look healthier. My clothes are starting to get pretty loose. During my first fast a few months ago (17 days) I went from 164lbs to 140lbs (I'm 5' 5") and kept all but 2lbs off.
I remember being as amazed then as I am right now as how much healthier I feel. I can move around a lot easier, even though I wasn't fat before. I lifted a bowling ball in its case to show myself why it was so much easier to much around due to so much weight loss.
My only complaint is feeling dizzy. I hope that improves with more rest, rising more slowly, and vitamins.
All in all, a great day.
