Loving and Getting to Know my Kidneys
Ot os 4;56 am.
My head is feeling heavy. I have drugs running through my sensitive body that I have not had before. I am not a person who takes drugs. The closest i take is called AminoActiv. I just took three AminoActiv, and drank a moutnful of Hydrangia Herb from Fronteir Herb Collective.
I appreciate the comment that Dani Darrow made on my Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza Facebook page. She was making reference to what the folks at ER were going to learn from me.
I am sorry I did not take more photos. I took a few. Mainly of me.
I was yet comfortable in this ER environment.
There were some kind and generous people working in the ER room at Alvarado Hospital.
I asked many of them their names.
The nurse who was at the front desk was called Chris.
I should send the ER a Thank You Card.
There was a staff of about six it seemed who worked with me.
The doctor was a good man. He was from Polynesian, a young fellow.

I want to explore how I got into this kidney situation.
That will come later.
I was just visualizing getting to know my kidneys as never before.
My Kidneys are part of me.

Dr. Bernard Jensen Knew the Kidneys
My spiritual father, Dr. Bernard Jensen knew the kidneys. He knew the elements that the kidneys needed to have full expression and voice.
I have not been kind to my kidneys it appears.
I know I have been running a lot of fear through them.
I imagine that is the source of the Kidney stones I have grown inside them.

Celery Juice
I want to go see Joe at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market.
I want to know him the graphics I made for him.
Mainly these are updates of old graphics.
I need to get there before eleven if I am going to have any quality time with Joe.
Drink plenty of Water
I need to make sure I have plenty of fluids. especially while I am taking
Percocet.
Percocet is a narcotic.
More to say about the drugs that the doctor recommended.
He was respectful of my choices to advocate for my own health.
The ER Community at Avalorado Hospital.
I do not imagine that too many people stop to say thank you to the staff of the ER.
I can imagine bringing them some fresh vegetables.
It would be good if they had a CSA for the staff at Avarodo hospital.
Going back to bed.
What else can I take now?
I took some Arnica Montana.
I want to stay out of pain and be using the least harmful of the drugs to get out of pain.
Chris, the nurse, was aware that all drugs have side effects.
