International Integrative Medicine Day
This is Dr. William Bugbee, the master surgeon who made it possible for me to be walking today. I had Hip Revisions around 2001. Dr. Bugbee at Scripps La Jolla and also UCSD. He trains other doctors. One of his Seed dreams is understanding how people can work with arthritis without the need for Hip Surgeries. I saw him last on January 17. My hip replacements are in good condition, but if I going to continue to get healthier, there are things I need to be doing now. I am looking at the messages of the Flu-like symptoms I have now as a gift. They are here to remind me of remedies that I need to do, including more self care.
INTRO
I had no intention a few months ago, to be writing this Blog. I was preparing to take on the issue of Gluten. I do not believe the issues of Gluten, very popular now, has gone deep enough into the problem. Gluten is a natural substance that occurs in natural ancient wheat. It has purpose. It has good uses.
When "Man" with a the Big Moneybag in mind, adapts wheat to his own purpose--namely--addressing the problem of how to keep wheat from spoilage and give it an eternal shelf life, we run into problems.
KAMUT ® trademarked organic ancient Khorasan wheat, as an example, holds true to the ancient balance that nature had in mind when she gave us this whole grain to serve humanity.
The recent studies and research initiated by health pioneer and food reformer Robert Quinn indicate to me that there is a big difference between manipulated wheat--wheat that has been basically genetically engineered--
and Wheat such as Trademarked KAMUT ® that is going the distance to make sure that the product that is not becoming very popular in many foods, holds true to the balance intended.

KAMUT ® IS GOOD FOOD
KAMUT ® is good food, but there are times when we have to lay off bread, even the finest home made bread.
Right is, for me, this is one of those times.
For more than five weeks now, I have not been at my best. As I right now, I am feeling a bit lightheaded.

Yesterday, Nadine, my sweetie, was clearing space in the Enchanted Garden Pantry. The Enchanted Garden Pantry is a Concept: I want to acknowledge the products we use on a daily basis, Many of these companies deserve our gratitude. They were instrumental in the success we had with the recent Prop 37--The California Right to Know Label GMO's Food Act.
I believe--when the story will be fully told--and I plan to do that "Grow A Healthier Pizza" we will see that the steps that it will take to Label GMOS as well as get GMO's Out of our Food Supply, will succeed as we get more and more people growing some of their own food.
