Having to reach for Illumine this morning, the FES Flourish Remedy for depression.

I need Mind-Full also, for mental coherence.


The spray of Illumine seems to be helping a bit.

WHERE I AM AT NOW

Today is Sunday morning. I need to get ready for the Hillcrest Farmers' Market. It is 9:13 am now.

I am concerned that I am having repeated susceptability to colds and some minor flu-like symptoms. I have some phlegm again today, but the coughing is somewhat mild. The idea that I still am susceptible to cold's is disturbing me.

I applied some self heal creme as well to my hernia area that has felt irritated.

It feels a bit better to write, just moving my fingers helps me, but I have to do a whole lot more.

I am feeling pressure. I need to respond to a housemate. Twinge of hernia ouch at the very thought. Pressure='s Pressure.

I am feeling like I am being left behind.

I want to go to the International Integrative Medicine Day at UCSD on Wed.

I just looked over "Brighton Baby." This is an outstanding book by Dr. Roy Dittman. I am grateful we talked yesterday. It is a ray of hope, We appreciate each other.

I have to make other shifts with the way I am treating my hips.

I am hungry now too.

I need some kind of time dedicated to moving my hips.

I identified that last Thursday and Friday that my Hip Revisions are holding up, but I have to do something for the soft tissue that freezes up in my groin. The muscles need to be tended, these, and the ones on the sides of my hips. The muscles hurt on my left.

I need some program of stretching, maybe Chi Gong or Tai Chi.

I need to have confidence that I can get dedicate more time to catching up with record keeping. This takes me away from time to reach out to sponsors.

I need to appreciate (Illumine) that I started to deal with the massive chaos in my room, some from spending so much time on the YES on 37 Campaign.

I made book covers that can help organize my room better....to see where projects go.

But, the Computer....it is still capable of freezing at any point.

I cannot trust the organization I am doing at the computer.


I NEED TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT DROPBOX USE AND HAVE EXTERNAL DRIVES THE REPLICATE THE ORGANIZATION I AM BUILDING ON THE COMPUTER

THE TOXINS IN MY BODY ARE DRAWING TO ME THE VIRUS

The Toxins in my body are drawing to me the virus.

If I were cleaner I would not be so susceptible.
