NEW VIRUS' TO CONTEND WITH AT THE ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY
I hear more people coughing this morning. I live with numbers of others here at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community.
One of our housemates is just back from the festivities in Guatamala. She chose that country over Mexico to celebrate the Winter Solstice.
She now has a cold or a flu.
I am not really sure who started this around the house. There is no sense getting into a blame game.
Nadine may have originally brought some virus to me from her Kroc Center workout, or maybe from Bob when she was in the LA Area.
I have been asking the question how to improve my immune system and have it be stronger than what is coming at me for at least three weeks now.
I missed my Regular New Year's Eve and New Year's Day events.
A dream just told me: I really didn't belong at that particular New Year's Eve event anyway. Last year's event was not a good way to start the year. I was supposedly on the program, but no one found room to fit me in. It was embarrassing to some extend to my incarnation: I am here for a purpose and I know my purpose" Following these end times come 1000 years of peace; but peace comes as we return to Nature's Original Technology.

That is an idea I learned from the Essene School of Thought Library, a set of amazing audio cassettes that are getting very old in on corner of my room. They were made in the late 70's. I have been promising to get them transferred to CD. Some have been but the copyright is unclear.

The DNA is influenced by what we eat and what we eat is influenced by what we think and feel.
It would be good to watch this video by Gary Null to get a bit of into on the genes. He also makes a good point. Our Genes now are being influenced by manipulations and these are being done for the wrong reasons: Financial gain, but that again is another story.
SO THIS IS HOW EVOLUTION WORKS
People live and die by how they adjust and adapt to what comes at them from Nature.
Virus keep breeding, and we keep having to adjust.
The purpose of a Virus is to clean us out and keep us getting ready for a new year...a new Spring, metaphorically and literally.
This is how it works: A person is exposed to a virus. They start to eliminate the toxins that are stuck inside them.

Some people when they have a cold, do their best to keep going. They attempt to dry up the Mucus. This is the common approach today to managing mucus. DEGENERATIVE CONDITIONS ARE GOOD FOR BUSINESS

Generally speaking, people who are prone to congestive catarrh are often those whose body systems are not efficient at getting rid of waste and toxins from the liver, kidneys and bowel and perhaps do not get enough exercise to promote elimination through the skin and lungs.
