GARDEN MANAGEMENT JOURNAL

It is Sunday. This is the day I go to the HIllcrest Farmers' Market. My spirit is low. I am facing shortcomings. I have been putting in an extraordinary effort to get graphics and energy together to draw in a good new housemate. There are other pressures around the house. I am still in the shadow of Mercury Retrograde.

My energy is not that high for the market. I work along side one or more of the farmers, and then I need to get to the farmers' market.

One undercurrent bothering me as the weather gets colder this season, is that I am having unusual discomfort, little signs of discomfort, in my hips.

I have had four times this year when severe groin pulls on the left side have really caught my attention. I sense this has something to do with my hip revisions. They were done in 2001.

My good thing that happened this past week was a great meeting with Don Raymond from AminoActiv ®. This is my anti-inflammatory of choice. I generally do not like to take supplements, but for a few QuintEssential products that I really believe in.

AminoActiv ® is in a totally different category. It is a white pill made in a lab. To my mind that means I am depending on something man made.

In this case, I am accepting that this formula does things for my body that I need.

There were a number of years when I was concerned that AminoActiv ® might not make it. It can help many people. It has had a difficult time catching on. IT has turned the corner.

A difficult time catching on? Yes, that is one of my underlying themes. I am always taking on too much. Because of this, I do not get the results I want.

My head is pulled in so many directions. This has reached critical proportions. It is depressing.

The number of projects calling me is tremendous.

I need to do something to lift my spirit.

This lifts my spirit:

Is is a photo of a KAMUT ® ancient Khorasan grain of wheat that came from my own harvest. Their was only one grain on the whole shaft that came to fruition. This grain, however, is acclimating to San Diego. It makes it very important. Grain from this one grain, as I am successful growing it, will give more harvest that is acclimated to this climate and my energy. This is my seed.

I am going to care for it closely. I put it in some MyVIta Minerals, and let it soak. It rains often when I work with seeds, or my timing seems to be in sync.

I had fresh rainwater. I put some into a little dish with the seed just now. Amazingly. I see two seeds. the one I was aware of, and another. I do not remember putting a second seed in this little dish.

I am thinking of a quote from Professor about overcoming.

I will post it later.

Time to get ready for the Market.

I need to know that whatever happens or needs to happen, I can rise and make the most from it.

Normal results

In general, hip revision surgery has less favorable outcomes than first-time replacement surgery. The greater length and complexity of the procedure often require a longer hospital stay as well as a longer period of recovery at home . The range of motion in the new joint is usually smaller than in the first prosthesis, and the patient may experience greater long-term discomfort. In addition, the new prosthesis is not expected to last as long. The life expectancy of implants used in first-time hip replacement surgery is usually given as 10–15 years, whereas revision implants may need to be removed after eight to 10 years.
