I am in a housemate search to fill a vacancy at our Enchanted Garden Intentional Community within walking distance of San Diego State University.

THIS IS MY MORNING WRITING OF DECEMBER 1, 2012
ROOM FOR RENT AVAILABLE NOW
A room is available now. In December it can be rented by the day, week, or for the month. The rent is $620.00 for the room. You also have an option of doing some service around the house to reduce the rent by $120.00 a month for 12 hours of work, prorated by the day, or week, according to the length of your stay. You do not have to follow this proposed opportunity to live here. The room is unfurnished; however, it is possible to set you up with simple mats for sleep, and a table suitable for computer use. The room has WIFI. There is also a shared living room, dining room, and kitchen, and lots of plants and trees in a natural environment on 1/3 acre within walking distance of San Diego State University.

AN ASSIGNMENT FOR A NEW HOUSEMATE FOR THE ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY. ROOM AVAILABLE, DECEMBER 1, 2012
Dear New Housemate,
Last night, November 30, I had a conversation with the father of one of the Young Global Leaders. The Young Global Leaders are a hand-picked group of seeds who are selected by a process. They are picked because sensed they are the movers and shakers of their generation.
In my role as Your Enchanted Gardener, I would like to address Young Global Leaders through the Plant Your Dream Blog, and the teachings expressed about the the Enchanted Garden, a name for our renewed earth. I would specifically like to support the natural development of one global leader of a different variety who comes to live with us and learn more about their life journey through interacting with our very unique community of plants, trees, and co-inhabitants, that include housemates, birds, and other varieties of animals, a few tamed more wild, that live on the property and in the surrounding canyons.
My mission statement includes inspiring the present millennium to be 1000 years of peace. That is my orientation. My tool kit includes nature teachings that I have gained through contact with seeds, and other mentors who have trained me to view the world through the eyes and ears of nature. I am inspired by visions of Nature's Original Technology that include contact with the various natural elements on this property.
My main teacher from year to year shifts--during 2012 it was KAMUT ® brand Ancient Khorasan Wheat, and Arundo Donax, called the Giant Reed. By the Spring of 2012, other seeds began to speak to me, namely San Marzano GMO seeds that were a gift from the Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company to the Label GMO Campaign that became Prop 37 in CA. I set out through a Caravan, September 1-10, to the National Heirloom Expo in Santa Rosa, CA to further align with Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds.
I am always about one Campaign or another, and the current assignment is finding a good housemate. Throughout 2013, I will be involved in the 2013 Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza, a project ot inspire more gardeners as a way to help many get their beat back with nature. Through most of 2012, Prop 37, the Right to Know captured much of my attention.
Heading in the Grow A Healthier Pizza 2013 Campaign, The Enchanted Garden is a name for our renewed earth. My steps are guided by organic principles as well as my missteps guided by spending endless at the computer in my role as a blogger. I spend many hours during the night where I feel I am in the company of Guiding Inspirations, many that are reflected in Plant Your Dream Blogs.
One of my mentors and friends is William Spear, who with his wife Joanie, inspired the Fortunate Blessings Foundation. The Fortunate Blessings Foundation is on the front lines of helping when natural disasters strike.
This Plant is dedicated to William Spear. Once every ten years, we have dinner together, he said last night when we met at Casa De Luz, a restaurant in North Park, San Diego.
William and his wife Joanie Spear are two delightful friends. We met through International Feng Shui Circles. The relationship with William Spear began around 1996 in San Diego, the very same year that in Washington D.C. GMO Seeds were beginning to influence our nation's destiny.
William is the author of "feng Shui Made Easy." Three of the crowning Blessings in William and Joanie's life the co-production of three offspring with Prophet names--Jonah, Joshua, and Micah. The middle son, Josh Spear is a Trademark. He is one of the hand picked Young Global Leaders.

JOSH SPEAR'S COMMENCEMENT ADDRESS 2012
Here is a commencement speech from one of the Youth Global Leaders delivered to a massive audience at a University interested in Higher Education.
The commencement giver is Josh Spear. I have known his father since the time Josh was a young man, before he likely received his first computer. Today Josh Spear has a TM next to his name, which signifies that his name is a brand.

HERE IS MY QUESTION FOR YOU, PROSPECTIVE HOUSEMATE
So here is my question for you: If you were to be selected to give the next commencement address for this same university, or the university of your choice, what would you say?
This Assignment is one of the Intentions I would like you to come in with as a prospective housemate within our Enchanted Garden Intentional Community, a 1/3 acre parcel located near San Diego State University.
HERE IN A NUTSHELL IS THE ASSIGNMENT:
1. Listen to Josh Spear's Commencement Address.
2. Listen to the beginning of my Commencement Address.
3. Write up some notes--some rough ideas of what you would say to the Youth Global Leaders of the world.
BACKGROUND
The Youth Global Leaders have taken on what has been called the Millennium Promise. This was a Promise made by the United Nations in 2000 to end Poverty in the world.
Very little had happened by 2010. It was then that the Youth Global Leaders took up the question. They have financial resources behind them.
Currently there are many people starving in the sub Sahara regiion of Africa.
Bill Gates, of the Linda and BIll Gates Foundation, have bought many shares of stock in Monsanto Company. Their plan is apparently to make a profit through taking on the issue of Poverty in Africa.
The solution, as they see it, would be to give Africa tons of Genetically Modified Seeds.
Meanwhile, others around the world are saying that Big Ag, with GMO Seeds in their arsenal, are a failed experiment. This other camp says that GMO Seeds, in spite of all the PR, have not proven themselves.
One Scientist I heard personally is in the camp that says GMO says have really not be tested. He is concerned that the US Government and the science that it is not promoting to solve Poverty in Africa, is not truly tested. We do not know the consequences fully of our actions.
However, some of the consequences of using this technology are begining to show us. Among these are included Superweeds and Superbugs. These Superweeds and Superbugs develop as Nature's response to GMO Technology applied to Big Ag.
YOU ARE BEING INVITED IN TO GARDEN HERE AND ALLOW NATURE TO INFORM YOUR COMMENCEMENT SPEECH
You are being asked to grow some heirloom seeds in our garden. You are asked to cultivate a relationship with the intelligence in some seeds. You are being asked to allow a simple kernel of unadulterated wheat to teach you, to inform what you know.
Hopefully, growing some of your own food, and a few other heirloom seeds, will inform your Commencement Address.
THIS IS ONE OF THE OPTIONS FOR LIVING HERE
We now have a room for rent. The rent is $620.00. I am offering you a part scholarship, $120.00 off the rent---that is $500.00 potentially--for doing 12 hours of work in our garden learning to tend seeds,
YOUR LEARNING WILL BE SUPPLEMENTED BY STUDYING SOME OF THE GREAT BOOKS IN OUR LIBRARY.
Included will be some of the books written by Dr. Bernard Jensen, and Edmond Bordeaux Szekely.
Included will also be books that they liked and recommended for me to study in my own quest to get my beat back with nature.

Some of these Agreements include learning to recycle. Respecting others, and Respecting the needs of others for peace and quiet.
