A fully alive human being is nature's greatest natural resource. We need Sacred Seeds to be a Voice for this. Let us Plant the Greatest Grassroots movement in CA history that win Prop 37. To grow some of our own food is essential to overcome the conditions that created GMO proliferation. That is why I Say Grow A Healthier Pizza!

Rabbi David Zeller, ZT'L, was one of the most conscious Rabbis I ever knew. He was involved in Transpersonal Psychology. He came from a Jungian Background and his journey back to Judaism crossed many paths of Coexistence. He carried about what he ate. He always appreciated the simple plants I would bring. I am in touch with his spirit tonight as I prepare for a Caravan Sepptember 1-10 to the National Heirloom Expo, September 11-13 in Santa Rosa, CA.
THE JEWISH PEOPLE NEED TO DECIDE TO VOTE YES ON 37 DURING THE DAYS OF AWE
The Next Leg of the Caravan, following the National Heirloom Expo, will be the Ten Days of Awe. These are the days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The People of the Jewish Tradition in my brand of Judaism called Jewish Renewal, call Rosh Hashanah the Birthday of the Universe. What better act of renewal than to reconsecrate our Sacred Seed now. To do this, means honoring the ancient grains and seeds as G-d gave them to us as Seeds of Peace--each of us--intended to plant 1000 years of Peace.
Vote YES on Prop 37, the Right to Know Label Geneticially Engineered Food Act, I recommend this to be on radar of Rabbis during the Ten Days of Awe.
It is essential that Rabbis enter an Honest Dialogue on Science, Ethics, and Food. Anyone who does will see that this is a basic Human Rights Issue. Jewish People have been traditional concerned with Justice Issues, and Cultivating Food Justice is a major concern today. It is basic that all congregants in the Jewish Faith, and all Faiths, respond to the call now
to Win Back Our Sacred Seeds.
I want to encourage every Rabbi to look deeply at this issue of cell invastion that mixes species, and turns away from Nature's Original Technology that has been with us since the first grasses were given by G-d to Man and Women in the Garden of Eden.
It is a Shift away from the natural evolution of our Species to partake of Geneticially Engineered Foods.

I trace the proliferation of GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) is our foods today to the desire to make Real Estate out of our Gene Pool. Their is a sense of Greed embedded in much of the patent motive that wants has for a number of decades now considered the Commonwealth of Genetic Material fair game for privatization and corporate profit.

When he carried a Torah with Martin Luther King in the Freedom Rides of the 60's. He was standing up for Justice.
The future, looking back on this time, asks People of all Faith to be All One Faith with our Seeds that the Sacred Seed in each of us emerge, as the simple grass to remind us, we and our seeds are One.
