Reinstalling OS on MacBook Pro at Apple Store
Restialling OS...this time no more mess Please!

I am having the same issue on both my computers.
I installed an OS on the IMac last week. It got into all kinds of issues
with Safari.
I am now at the Apple Store now.
We are doing a complete install.
There will be a lot of programs I will need to reinstall.
Hopefully I will get my mail program functional by the time I leave here tonight.
I do not know about the Quicken.
That will have to be downloaded again likely.
The contacts should be easy to download.
They are on Icloud.
I want to get a fresh OS that does not have the same issue.
Three More Minutes.
HOw will i get the quicken Back?
The Purchases from Apple Store should not be too difficult.
