Got Really Good Juice + Good Fats?

Making your own juice is absolutely superior to any commercial juice.

I was first introduced to juicing in the early 70s. I was most inspired by Dr. Norman Walker. He gave about a hundred juice combinations for specific treatments. His formula #37 was three-quarters carrot juice and one quarter celery juice. I recommend a combination of juices and preferably just vegetable juices. Carrot and celery can be a grate base and other vegetable can be added. I always recommend adding the best available healthy fat. Consider adding a teaspoon of butter oil to an '8-ounce serving". Or consider adding at east a tablespoon of raw grass-fed cream if you can possibly get that! Or, if you can get FedEx delivery then you can import grass-fed cream and grass-fed butter oil right to your door! You can hardly get any really raw commercially made juice now a days and you certainly won't find any with butter oil and / or raw grass-fed cream in it! Yet, all the fat-soluble nutrition in your juice requires the fat for the body to assimilate that! Got good fats?
