Why I am fasting
I don't plan to fast forever. Just to recover my health and then eat a natural diet with little or no processed foods and exercise.

Ignored for a while, then developed bulimia in December 2011 trying to stop binge eating on junk foods. Noticed that vomiting from the bulimia seems to aggravate that area more. It scares me enough to stop with the bulimia and get healthy.
It's only been a few months of the bulimia so I think it's early enough to quit. Fasting my seem anorexic like behavior for someone like me but I know it's not in my case.
Anorexics have distorted body image and see themselves fat when they are very thin. I weigh around 200 lbs at 5'6.
Also anorexics never will stop fasting, they do it forever.
I know when to stop fasting. I have read lots of books on it but never went on a serious fast.

I think fasting could stop addictions and the junk food and bulimia is like a addiction. And I need to give my digestive system/body a break from any damage I may of caused so it can heal.
Although I will welcome the weight loss at this point I am so scared I am more worried about healing.
Plan to do at least 2 weeks but going for around a month. Taking it day by day.
I will either break it on homemade broth or slices of oranges and eat a mostly raw diet for a few weeks as I build up.
Will get a physical afterwards to see if that stiff area is healed or something more serious.
