KAMUT HAS A GLUTEN MANY PEOPLE CAN HANDLE
Kamut is a gluten that many people can handle.
Kamut is an ancient grain. It is modern wheat, so prevalent in so many foods, and having gone through so many changes, that causes allergic reactions.
I just got off the phone with Bob Quinn who has dedicated his life to working with farmers to grow this grain.
I will be seeing Bob and his family at the upcoming Natural Product Expo West.
I am looking forward to becoming more family with Kamut.

Many people who are gluten intolerant can handle this grain.
It is slightly sweeter than other wheat flours and has a delicious nutty flavor.
For me, it has been a great treat....so easy on my blood sugars!
