Taking a break to catch up. I was feel some trepidation. Nadine's pain level was going up. The clay seemed too messy. She was up to a 4 level pain again. Then, she suggested using the clay on top of her foot. I applied it very gently. She began to feel some instant relief.
I also gave her Arnacare by Bioron.
I thought she was ready for another Ibuprofen and thought to back off.
She is very impressed with the clay.
I used some warm compresses.
I am thinking to add some peppermint oil now.

I also used some aloe vera leaf at first.
She needs an alternative to the inflammatory.
I am thinking of adding StayActiv. I still have some of that.
The water I am using is from the Puritive FIlter from Robert Slovak.
I heated some up.

Subject: Calcium Bentonite Clay for ankle sprain & inflammation
"James and Jimmy at Fluid Health suggested I try a new treatment (Calcium Bentonite Clay) to assist with the rehabilitation of my ankle after a bad sprain playing basketball. I have to admit I was sceptical at first...but the results were unbelievable! The effect it had on reducing swelling were amazing and the associated improvements in mobility and range of motion astounding. I have tried many different treatment modalities over the years as a keen sportsman and personal trainer but have never come across any treatment (natural or pharmaceutical) that is as powerful in reducing swelling!
I also gave some to my wife's father for his arthritis and he reported a reduction in swelling and pain improvements too! It's phenomenal."
From James Meredith at Fuid Health Management Systems:
"I am writing to you in regards to the Calcium Bentonite Clay that we purchase for practioner use in our clinic.
"My Business partner and I have more than 15 years experience between us working with acute and chronic sporting injuries in athletes and sporting teams throughout Australia. Without a doubt I can categorically say that the Calcium Bentonite Clay Therapy, combined with the use of the TDP heat lamp, is the most effective and fastest way of treating the acute phases of swelling I have every worked with or seen. In the last month alone I have treated four cases of swollen ankle with the Bentonite Clay, and in each case found that swelling had completely subsided after the first session.
"I would greatly encourage any practitioner looking to enhance their clinics ability to treat acute injuries to look at working with Calcium Bentonite Clay Therapy in conjunction with the TDP far infrared heat lamps.
Thank you for introducing us to the clay, and I look forward to keepin you up to spped on our prgress with your product."

> I do have a health question that I hope someone may have helpful information
for: Is there anything any of you can suggest to deal with tendonitis? I have
had tendonitis in both wrists for about five months. It did not come on as a
result of overuse of my hands. Have not consulted a doctor about it. The
chiropractor who did rid me of carpal tunnel like wrist problems (spinal
alignment in my neck was the cause of that!) has no help for this -- probably
because it is due to inflammation, not bones out of alignment. I take a
mouthful of CS every morning, religiously. Have used magnets (they cured my
spouse's tendonitis in his hand some few years ago), increased EFA's, B
vitamins, Liga Tend, oil of oregano, DMSO, Soothanol, OPC Miracle Joint Complex,
chondroitin sulfate, MSM, and a number of other things more targeting digestion,
like probiotics and enzymes -- all without results.

Last week, my friend Marian, a naturopath, told me about a friend of hers -- a
very active athlete -- who fell in a mountain climbing accident and fractured
several vertebrae in his spine. He could barely move, and was in a great deal of
pain. Doctors wanted to perform surgery and fuse some bones.
Marian told her friend to give her two months. She got some clay and made him
packs. Every day, he'd lie on his stomach as best as he could, and she made a
paste and covered his back with it. She put plastic, and then towels, over the
area to keep it moist.
In six weeks the man's back healed entirely. No surgery, and he's back to being
an athlete.
Bentonite clay can be bought at drilling supply houses inexpensively in 50-pound
bags.
