Currently i am suffering from a sprained ankle. I have been combining western and eastern medicine as well as alternative healing to get me back to what i do best; being a productive/active person in society.
This injury occured 3days ago, my pain level has been erradic but controlled. No doubt my ankle is swollen, slightly black and blue.
A very dear friend of mine who has been taking care of me- is/has insisted that i take Arnica instead of Ibprofen and is preparing (as i type this), some healing clay that he will be putting on my swollen apendage. This clay is supposed to aid in decreasing swelling, aid the healing of traumatized tendons and ligaments.
Lucky for my friend, I have faith in him and his natural healing ways.
My pain level (at the moment) is "2.5" Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
