Happy Holidays from/to Hillcrest Farmers' Market Farmers

MONDAY MORNING
Monday Morning is the day after Sunday, my Hillcrest Farmers' Market Day. I was just taking a long look at my plate and it is enough to make me what to reach out to friends, but even the one that answers is tremendously burdened. I listen, hear her doing what she can to help a brother. She is counting pills he needs. I say, "I ll let you go now." It's the kindest thing I can say. I told her I called to talk to someone else beside my own mind.
CAN YOU BELIEVE WHAT IS BEING ASKED OF US NOW?
Can you believe what is being asked of us now? It is profound. It is december 19, and 2012 is coming in about fifteen days. 2012: There is a whole mythos around he year. Some look to the Mayan Calendar that has now ended and signals the end of the world in some belief systems. For me, it is the end of the World As We Know it, and I Feel Fine. For me, I have my own story called the Enchanted Garden Era, 1000 years of peace that begins now.
1000 YEARS OF PEACE
1000 Years of Peace begins with each of us being peaceful. I have to begin with myself. I am grateful I have some great remedies. I am going to take some Joshua Tree Flower Essence from the Flower Essence Society now. When I feel like there is too much on my plate I take that remedy.

The Joshua Tree is symbolic for me of the Shift that is being asked of us now. It is a plant that flowers in one direction and then realizes it can not grow that way anymore. That is the energy of this magnificent plant. It sends out a shoot another direction, and then blooms that way. I have been doing my best to make Shifts.
Last Winter, I basically had the many of the same issues on my plate, and to tell you the truth, i sent so many days hitting a wall, that I questioned if I was going to make it. I was doing what I could to get out of living here. Thanks to the Flower Essences from Richard Katz and Patricia Kaminski of the Flower Essence Society and Services, I am facing some of the same issues at a higher octave now, but I am finding my way through the conditions that made me what to throw in the towel last year.

TAKING TIME TO SAY THANKS
I have had so many things on my plate, including finding new housemates, working with existing housemates, managing a massive Overgrowth Cleanup on our property and along the Arosa Canyon Rim, that I got caught in the middle of a big switch in my own living space. Right after the Pacific Symposium 2011 in early November, I had the energy to switch my office with my bedroom space. I eliminated two large bookshelves in what was now the bedroom. I loved one large shelf into the dining room where I am featuring our Quintessential Solutions to the Health Issues Facing Us.

THE LOCAL ORGANIC FARMERS AT THE HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET
The Sunday Hillcrest Farmers' Market 9-2 pm at the DMV in my weekly lifesaver. No matter how things seems, I can go here and within a few hours have the opportunity to help others, taste some of the finest foods around, and mainly, mainly-ask the people who come their names and interact with them. I suggest foods I like. I also share love with the folks who sell the foods and they are generous with me.
BEING GENEROUS WITH OTHERS WHEN WE ARE IN NEED OF HEALING IS A LIFESAVER
Yesterday, I interacted with some lovely old friends. That is so uplifting.
I asked Phil Noble of Sage Mountain Farm at the end of the market what he would be doing on Christmas. He said he was going to find a homeless family and make a nice Christmas for them. When I came up I told him that I felt we were going to have a good year in 2012. They he asked me why I felt that way. I told him, I did not thinking it out that far yet! I just knew it would be a good year! That is the start!!! Know it is going to be a good year!

It was the end of the Farmers' Market and Phil and his crew had been working so hard all day. I got some organic potatoes for Chanukah. Yesterday, at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market in San Diego, it was the end of the market. Phil Noble of Sage Mountain Farm had been working about eight or more hours. I got some lovely organic potatoes for pancakes from him. I wanted to give something back. I pulled out the Dandelion Dynamo in my pocket. I gave it to Phil. I told him to put it on his neck and face. He had an instant uplift. His body gave sounds of deep appreciation. He was so grateful. I gave him the rest of the bottle as a Christmas present.
I have had so much healing with this remedy, in sharing it with others. It is especially good at conferences at the end of a day when people have overworked and are over the top with no energy left. Dandelion Dynamo will give a burst of energy.
