Would you agree that most people have the belief that they must be "fairly" healthy if they're "not sick"?
Or they must be "fairly" healthy if they only get sick once or twice a year.
Sadly, the majority of people don't understand "how" to view "Health".
"Health" should be viewed as the ability of BOTH, body and mind to handle stress.
If your liver or gall bladder are congested you may get Seasonal allergies.
Simply means you don't have the "stress" overhead to handle the extra toxins.
You have a verbal fight with a relative and "catch a bug".
Nonsense.
You lacked the overhead (which could have been mental [meditation] or physical) to handle the emotional stress.
True Health is invulnerability to practically every kind and level of stress.
True Health is getting sick once every 3 to 5 years.
If you're getting sick once or more a year, you have marginal health.
Anything you can do mental or physical can increase your overhead and make you less susceptible to "getting" sick.
I feel for people who come to CZ because of pain or being sick.
Being fearful and stressed while attempting to learn how to “cure” oneself is not the best of combinations.
Add ego as most have and simply being on these forums can be detrimental to one’s health.
Take everything and everyone on these forums with a grain of salt (preferable one the size of a horse lick...;-) and keep focused on being happy NOW (when you can) while working towards your goal of being "Healthy".
Good luck on your road to better health.

Gracefully Savage

You can stay Healthier by taking "Stay Well Days" (Taking the day off and doing something you enjoy) rather than "Sick Days".
Looking forward to and taking a "Stay Well Day" every 2 to 3 months may give you the "overhead" not to become sick!
