http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=144580705634452
I spent the day touting World Food Day in my work at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market. Then went to find these event at the designated address, but could not find it. Looking forward to hearing the results. Went to nearby Occupy San Diego and had meaningful experiences, including speaking about the RIght2Know.
Will post footage of Occupy San Diego when time permits.

Dear Leslie,
We are so excited to be just days away from an historic event. Starting this Saturday, we will be marching 313 miles over 15 days to demand truth in labeling.
We recently updated our Facebook page with nearly 20 events along the March route. Please check them out, RSVP, and tell your friends!
The March Route & Schedule page on our website has also been updated with meet-ups, rallies, and retail store events along the March.
If you are still uncertain about Housing & Camping along the March, please fill out this form.
Whether you are planning to join us for the whole March, a week, a weekend, or just a few hours, please remember to bring the following:
Comfortable walking shoes - practice walking all day in these shoes to be sure they do not give you blisters before committing to wear them all day on the March
Comfy, lightweight, weather-appropriate clothing and a sun hat
A small backpack, or, even better: a CamelBak-type water backpack
Eating utensils, plate/bowl, pocket knife, and a hand towel
A camera
Cash for food, camping fees, and incidental expenses
A smile, and a short statement about why you are participating in the March!
Please bring the following gear if you plan to camp with us:
Tent
Sleeping bag/pillow
Sleeping pad
One piece luggage/suitcase with clothes
Toiletries, and a personal shower towel
Depending on the weather predicted for October 1-16, you may consider bringing the following:
Rain jacket, poncho, or umbrella
Warm layers like wool or fleece
Sun protection
The Right2Know March kicks off this Saturday, October 1st, at Grand Army Plaza in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. Speakers include:
