Eating mostly raw. Low fat, no added oils etc.
Tried different diets and did the low fat raw for 2 weeks and it was working wonders. So would like to do this again. Might fast occasionally.

Problems I would like to see improve:

Low energy
foggy thinking
poor concentration
brittle nails
bad skin
