No more Processed Foods

Didn’t eat mostly raw but didn’t have processed foods. I am on a tight budget so eating some cooked vegetables and grains will help. Al though I would like to try all raw, this may be a good way to start. Made soup, with miso, different vegetables thrown in. Ate some fruits and bananas. At least it’s far better than how I was eating before.   visit the page

Starting Weight: 242 Goal Weight: 120 5'6
 
Eating mostly raw. Low fat, no added oils etc. Tried different diets and did the low fat raw for 2 weeks and it was working wonders. So would like to do this again. Might fast occasionally. Problems I would like to see improve: Low energy foggy thinking poor concentration anxiety depression acne obesity brittle nails bad skin   visit the page
